David James Petersen, 15, son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Petersen, of 3537 49th
St., Moline, was dead on arrival last night in Moline Public Hospital.
Friends may call after 7 tomorrow night at the Esterdahl Chapel, where arrangements
are pending.
Those who wish may send remembrances to the memorial fund of the First Lutheran
Church.
David was born March 26, 1950, in Urbana, a son of James D. and LaVerne Johnson
Petersen. He had completed ninth grade at Woodrow Wilson Junior High School, where
he was a member of the band and the Vision yearbook staff. He was a member of
First Lutheran Church.
Surviving are the parents; two brothers, Mark and John, and a sister, Patricia,
all at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl R. Petersen, Erie; and maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Johnson, Moline.
